For businesses that need a useful web presence

This service can suit a local business preparing its first clear website, an established company replacing an outdated site, or a team that needs product information, enquiries, bookings or online sales to work more smoothly.

Work may include a focused landing page, a multi-page business site, multilingual page structures, a WordPress implementation where it fits, e-commerce, a redesign, responsive development, technical SEO foundations, analytics setup when requested, and agreed integrations.

03

Start with the customer journey and the content

The project begins by clarifying audience, purpose, pages, content responsibility and the actions visitors should be able to take. For an online shop, the discussion also covers product/catalog structure, payment, delivery, inventory and operational ownership.

Responsive layouts, accessible structure, page metadata, crawlable navigation, image dimensions and performance-conscious assets are considered as part of implementation. Search visibility depends on more than code; content quality, competition and external signals are outside a development guarantee.

04

WordPress, commerce and integrations

WordPress can be considered for content-managed sites when the editorial workflow and extension requirements are a good fit. E-commerce scope can include a shop setup, product/category templates, cart and checkout, and agreed payment or operational integrations. The specific platform and features are chosen for the project rather than assumed in advance.

Connections to CRM systems, booking services, APIs, analytics or other third-party tools must be defined in the scope. Provider accounts, licences, transaction fees and API usage are generally third-party costs and remain subject to the provider’s own terms.

PROJECT FLOW

A clear path from requirements to launch

CherTra reviews the goal and requirements, prepares a proposal with scope and costs, agrees a contract and timeline, then develops and reviews the work against those requirements. The launch or handover follows the agreed payment and completion terms. Thirty days of post-launch assistance for issues tied to the agreed implementation are described in the current pricing terms. New pages, features or work beyond scope are quoted separately.

Clear ownership. Clear external costs.

CLIENT-CONTROLLED

  • 01Domain and account access
  • 02Content and agreed deliverables
  • 03Platform accounts where possible

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

  • 01Hosting and domains
  • 02Premium licences and plugins
  • 03Provider subscriptions
  • 04API and payment-provider charges

Where possible, domain, hosting, email, payment gateway and third-party accounts are registered in the client’s name. CherTra can assist with technical configuration and management, while external service charges remain separate unless a proposal says otherwise.

After launch, maintenance and support can be scoped around updates, backups, monitoring, small fixes and content changes. There is no implied unlimited work; service levels, included tasks and response expectations belong in the agreed plan.
